CO-OWNER

Toya as the Co-Owner plays a key role in the success of each project. She brings organization, keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to making sure we REACH our goals together. TCG accomplishes that by Toya’s due diligence with the planning and coordination of all aspects of the client’s needs as well as support from our team. She keeps constant open communication with all parties involved in the project.

Toya brings 30+ years in the construction, clerical and compliance fields — critical expertise to run a productive and successful construction compliance firm. Toya comes from parents who worked in the construction and compliance field as well.

CO-OWNER

Vincencia Adusei brings a rich legacy of construction and entrepreneurial expertise. Her efforts over the past 16+ years have facilitated more than $100M in contract awards for over 1,000 businesses, contractors, and Section 3, Minority/Women Business Enterprises. She has received accolades from esteemed organizations like the Home Builders Association, National Association of Women in Construction, elected officials, business journals, and community-centric institutions for her contributions.

Vincencia was appointed by Governor Ned Lamont to the State Historic Preservation Council (SHPO) within the Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD). She runs a full-service Construction Management and Real Estate Investment firm (VASE Construction), catering to both Private and Public Sector agencies. Ranked 4th in Power 25: Real Estate 2021 by New Haven Biz, VASE operates from headquarters in New Haven. Her portfolio spans diverse construction sectors, from Housing renovations, Commercial Fit-outs, High-End Residential Homes, Historical renovations, Educational facilities, Facilities Management, and New builds across various specialties.

CLIENT LIAISON

Corey is responsible for providing support to all clients in relation to client matters as well as updates and concerns. Corey is very savvy with technology as well fact finding to make sure to support the client’s needs.
